Ruling favors fishermen; state ordered to open Isahaya Bay dike

A court orders the government to open the floodgates of the Isahaya Bay dike in Nagasaki Prefecture, ruling in favor of some 2,500 fishermen who claimed the state project to fill in the bay has damaged the seawater environment in the area and hurt their business.
